Every item we create is made to order, and this policy ensures clear expectations, smooth deliveries, and fair solutions when something goes wrong.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
All Wearly items are printed on demand.
Production and delivery times vary depending on the print facility fulfilling your item (USA, Europe, or other regions).
Because different products may be fulfilled in different locations, each product page displays its own accurate “Estimated shipping times.”
To see the timeframe for a specific item, please check the Estimated shipping times section on the relevant product page before placing your order.

Will I be charged customs or duties?
Depending on your country, customs fees, VAT, or import duties may apply.

Are assessed by your local customs authority

My order is late — what should I do?
Before contacting us, please:
Check your order confirmation to make sure your shipping address is correct.
Review your tracking link (sent via email once your order ships).
Check with your local post office — sometimes parcels are held there.
Ask neighbors — couriers occasionally leave packages nearby.
If your tracking shows no movement or your package still hasn’t arrived, email us at support@bywearly.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
If a wrong or incomplete address was entered at checkout, we can reship the order once the package is returned — additional shipping costs will apply.

I received the wrong product or something arrived damaged — what do I do?

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Your order number
A short description of the issue
We’ll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because all of our items are printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size
Wrong color
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
This policy helps us keep waste low and prices fair.
However — if there is a problem with your order, we are always here to help.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued if:
You received a damaged item, or
You were sent the incorrect product
If this applies, please email us at support@bywearly.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Before purchasing, please review the sizing chart found on every product page to ensure the best fit.
In rare cases where an item was mislabeled by the manufacturer, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the label and garment.
We will replace the item or provide a refund.
Print-on-Demand Production Notice
All Wearly products are made to order and fulfilled through professional print partners.
Minor variations in print color, placement, or garment texture are normal with print-on-demand manufacturing and are not considered defects.
Because each item is custom-produced, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
